Dryer Vent Hose Replacement in Dallas, TX

Reading the transition hose behind a Dallas dryer
The floor tells you more than the hose. Gray felt packed along the baseboard means the joint leaked for months. New hose, same gap, same felt. We reseat the wall stub instead.
Look at how the foil folded. A flat S shape means someone pushed the dryer back hard. Laundry closets with bifold doors force that every time. A recessed rigid elbow box gives the dryer somewhere to sit. Periscope fittings only help when the wall stub rides above the dryer outlet.
Pier-and-beam homes in Oak Cliff and Munger Place often vent low through brick. Short run, but the sleeve is often original galvanized, rusted where condensation pooled. We check the exterior flap from outside first. Painted-shut flaps are common on houses repainted over the years.
Upstairs laundry in Frisco, Prosper and Celina runs flex into a long attic duct toward a roof cap. Blackland clay moves the framing, and taped attic joints pull apart in the dark where nobody looks. Lint drifts down and sits on insulation.
We clamp with screw bands and turn the screw heads away from airflow. Foil tape alone releases once the duct heats and cools. Any screw tip in the airstream starts the next clog.
What happens after you call us
Call and tell me what your dryer is doing. I'll ask where the vent exits and give you a 90 minute arrival window, usually same week.
I show up and look at the run from the dryer to the outside hood. You get the price before a tool comes off the truck, including any crushed duct or broken hood.
I clean the full run, reconnect the dryer, run a cycle to check airflow at the hood, and vacuum up the lint I pulled. You pay the number I quoted at the door, nothing added at the end.
